Textflo - Sort Tabular Text Example
This page gives one example of using the application to sort some tabular text, or structured text that you might typically find in (database) tables. The DBS panel allows the application to both query tabular text, or to order and sort it, based on only selected columns or text. This is a sort example.
A database table has been loaded into the DBS grid, as shown and is ordered on the ID key.
The columns can then be sorted into a different order. You can enter a specific sort sequence at the bottom left of the panel, or you can use the standard ascending or descending ones. In this case, the second and third columns are sorted into ascending order, where the second sort is nested inside of the first one.
