public class FunctionLinearRectified
extends FunctionActivate

This function simply returns the same first positive value in the dataset, as is, without any changes, or 0 if it is negative. To use it, you simply store the constant value and pass it in each time. This has been added as part of the som package, with the intention that it can be used more generally.
